Once your device(s) are in your basket sign in and go to the checkout to place your order.
Delete any personal data from your device. Please charge your phone before you send it to us. If your device contains a SIM or memory card please remove it. As per our terms and conditions, any removable storage we receive will be destroyed.
Put it in an envelope with your order summary. We recommend you send by registered post and get proof of delivery from any Post Office.
We’ll pay the money into your account within 10 working days. And we'll carefully reuse or recycle your mobile phone, camera, sat nav, iPod or game console.
